The legal bit over, let me tell you how this list came about.

I had seen various books that between them had loads of data within, though that data was in a variety of formats (even in the same book) and was not always very accurate. I decided to compile a full list of data for my own use, others saw it and wanted a copy so I put it all into a zip file that can be downloaded from HERE. I saw a few comments on the microlight e-group that made me realise that even more people may benefit from the list, comments from those who downloaded it led me to develop this page. It was then asked that I produce the list in a 'find by county' way. So that has now also been done. I have other plans for what could be added here, although this may take many hours of sourcing the data in the first place, so do not expect any major developments in the next week.

I have now added a link to a number of major water features, Lakes / Reservoirs etc, as these make excellent turning points or places to visit in their own right.

If you find any errors please let me know.

You can also notify me of any ADDITIONS that should be made. Send as much info as possible about the site to be added, this will help me confirm the accuracy of all this data.

I would appreciate any FEEDBACK on this page that you would care to give.
